Regular maintenance

The concrete foundation required for the fixed installation of the generator set is determined by the units of weight and size, with a depth and range of 350 millimeters for soft soil subgrade

If the depth of 250kW is not fixed, shock-absorbing pads should be used to dampen the impact on the chassis to prevent excessive vibration.

4. The maintenance of the unit mainly involves repairing the diesel engine and regularly maintaining it according to its specifications. After the successful start-up of the device, close attention should be paid to the oil pressure. The standby oil pressure can reach 0.5 bar, which can be gradually increased. Diesel engines with water temperature below 70 ℃ have higher oil pressure. When the oil outlet temperature is above 45 ℃, the oil pressure ratio should be higher than 25 bar before entering full load operation. The working unit shall not exceed 90 degrees Celsius, the water temperature and oil temperature shall not exceed 95 ℃, and the oil pressure shall be within the range of 25-4BAR.

5. The backup power supply for the diesel generator set is approximately two weeks each time, with a running time to maintain a good standby state.

Winter maintenance

Winter has arrived, and diesel engines require special maintenance when the temperature drops below 5 ℃.

1. Oil and fuel must be used in winter, and special attention should be paid to the water content in the fuel to avoid blockage;

Antifreeze cooling system, preferably 2, or when the temperature drops to 10-50 ℃ after stopping, cooling water must be used;

In cold seasons and regions, it is best not to open a physical store for diesel engines or start heating to the cooling water preheater.
