Remark: 1. The unit is installed on a heavy steel structure frame, with a fully welded structure and integrated design. The frame design takes into account the wet weight and dynamic load of the unit, as well as the stress analysis of the installation support. 2. Install high-efficiency shock absorbers between the engine foot, alternator foot and base. They can absorb most of the vibration of the unit and can effectively isolate the impact of external vibration on the unit. 3. DC starter motor, charger, maintenance-free starting battery. The engine's CCA (cold starting current) and battery's AH (capacity) are taken into consideration when selecting. 4. For direct injection generator sets, there is no need to correct the power when the altitude is less than 1000 meters. Between 1000-3000 meters, the power should be corrected by 4% for every 500 meters increase; between 3000-5000 meters, the power should be corrected by 6% for every 500 meters increase. |
